A Blizzard designer has revealed the secrets to hoarding the most valuable items in Diablo 4.
The lead class designer for Diablo 4, Adam Jackson, took to Twitter earlier today to clear up some of the confusion surrounding the game’s rarest items, revealing that items like Andariel’s Visage, Doombringer, Harlequin Crest, Melted Heart of Selig, Ring of Starless Skies, and The Grandfather will only drop from enemies above level 85 when you are also L85, or in Nightmare Dungeons beginning at level 31.
Jackson noted that while you can protect them “anywhere you can get a routine distinct, and they always drop at 820 [item power],” they are “realllly unusual,” and there are only “6 of them in the game” for now.

According to the latest Diablo 4 hotfix from Blizzard, Druids will no longer get Barbarian weapons in their loot. Blizzard has stated in the recent hotfix update that the Druid class will no longer receive the unique Barbarian weapons Overkill, Hellhammer, and Ancient’s Oath.
This means that after the hotfix goes live, you can continue to use these weapons if you had them equipped before the update, but “you will not be able to re-equip them.”
