NetEase Connect 2023 wrap-up
The annual event for the major mobile publisher, NetEase Connect 2023, is already over. The group showcased a large number of video games in just over an hour, showing updates for fan favourites and introducing entirely new video games for us to be excited about. Let’s get right to it without wasting any time because there is a lot to survive.
Legendary of Tia
If you’re not familiar, Epic of Tia is a platform for the creation of MMORPGs. Throughout the presentation, NetEase introduced the Genesis Project expansion, a global launch that will let anyone create a video game without knowing any complicated stuff like coding. It uses the “what you see is what you get” method, indicating that level development must be a straightforward process.
Once created, there will be an earnings share structure in place that will allow you to profit financially from your creations. Additionally, you can create servers that NetEase will maintain, taking care of that issue for you and allowing you to concentrate on the creative aspect of your video game. The app will also receive regular upgrades to include new goods, NPCs, animals, and other game essentials.

Eggy Party
Next, NetEase showed out Eggy Party, a casual board game that we’ve previously covered on Pocket Gamer. It pits you against other players in a series of minigames if you’re unknown. You are in charge of one of the titular Eggys, which you can customise to give it a unique flair. The video game will also have a map creator when it launches.
Infinite Borders
It’s likely that you’ve just learned about this one. A geostrategic SLG with a sizable player base is Infinite Borders. To drive home the point, NetEase noted that there are 5.2 million guilds that have engaged in more than 244 million conflicts. The main message of the exhibition was that the game would be swiftly released in more countries in South East Asia and Europe.
Ace Racer
If you’re short on time yet enjoy driving and video games, Ace Race is worth checking out. Races only last three minutes, which makes it ideal to play when you have a minute to spare. There is a wide variety of vehicles that you may race, from luxury cars to tractors.
The team presented its upcoming third season while giving attendees a sneak peek at the brand-new cars at NetEase Connect 2023. The first is The Paladin, a car that can easily sprout wings in the middle of a race. There’s the Nyan, which can use Meow energy for an increase and has a feline appearance, as you can probably infer from the video game. There is the Cruiser, a legendary helper vehicle.
Dead by Daylight Mobile
The following was a brief preview for the upcoming Dark Trails season of Dead by Daylight Mobile, which will feature all-new characters and outfits.
Lord of the Rings: Rise to War
Rise to War is currently adding new traditional characters, expanding the roster of the strategy game. We may rapidly look forward to seeing Gimli, Saruman, Gandalf the Grey, Legolas, and the Witch-king of Angmar.
Infinite Lagrange
Later this year, The Lagrange Legacy, the first substantial expansion for NetEase’s area sim, will be released. The players will find unidentified items and artefacts. It will introduce whole new changes to the gameplay after understanding more about the tech and culture that underpin them.
Additionally, the expansion offers distinctive tools at the foundation that undoubtedly will alter exploration and advancement. Gamers can improve their logistics equipment, which expands their options for combat.
Identity V
Identity V, a ridiculously well-liked unbalanced survival video game from NetEase, now available. The group unveiled a clip and provided a few hints about potential collaborations and enhancements. A brand-new Hunter named the Opera Singer and two survivors, the Cheerleader and Aeroplanist, were mentioned.
Several collaborations with Kamaty Moon, Sanrio, Angels of Death, and Danganrompa Killing Harmony were also hinted at. Last but not least, there was mention of a “visual mode charity job.”
Additionally, NetEase provided information about Mission Zero, Justice Mobile, Once Human, Ashfall, and Dunk City Dynasty throughout the display. Keep a watch out for those postings as we’ll be covering those video games separately because they included a little bit more information.
