Man of Medan, part of the Dark Pictures Anthology, was unexpectedly published on Switch today.
With this release, developer Supermassive Games makes its debut on Nintendo’s system with the first video game in the terrifying series.

In Guy of Medan, five friends go off on a diving trip, but they become caught up in a terrifying tale onboard a haunted ship.
Like the developer’s last hit game, Until Dawn, players will be tasked with making tough choices and reacting quickly to pressing situations in double-quick speed.
This Switch edition include the whole plot, as well as the extended playable chapter Flooded and the Curator’s Cut gameplay mode with extra scenes and options.
There’s couch co-op for as many as five players and a shared internet experience for two players.
PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC users may now get their hands on the whole Dark Pictures Anthology. It’s unknown if the remaining titles will also be released on Switch.
The Quarry, developed by Supermassive in 2022, was another teen horror video game, and the developer’s next game will likely follow in the same vein.
