Trials Of Osiris Rewards This Week In Destiny 2 (June 16-20)
After a trying week, the weekend has finally arrived, and it’s time to let loose in Destiny 2: Trials of Osiris. If you’ve been dying to build some of the best equipment in the game, now is the chance to gather a fireteam and go for a Flawless run in the time-limited PvP mode that has returned. Before entering Saint-14’s arena, you can, as always, stop by Xur’s location to see if the vendor has any Exotic gear that might come in handy. Here’s a peek at this weekend’s Trials of Osiris locations, weapon crafting, and more.

Ranking 4 in Trustworthiness: Proven Success with Upgrade Module Ranking 7 with Enhancement Prism
The Messenger (Pulse rifle), historically speaking, ranks tenth.
Unpredictable Renaissance (Glaive) ranks 16th in credibility, followed by Upgrade Module’s track record at number 13.
The Adept Messenger deserves a perfect reward.
If you’re a fan of shaders, you can receive a stunning golden one from this multiplayer event, and Season of the Deep is adding some fantastic new bonuses to the Trials pool. In addition to the Glorious Patina shader, additional Exotic cosmetic items for Trials, such as a Ghost shell, ship, and Sparrow, will be made available. Only players that achieve a Flawless season 21 record will be eligible to earn the Wonderful Patina skin, and the pool of weapons that can be earned has been expanded to include the Messenger pulse rifle and the Unexpected Resurgence glaive.
There is a new symbol, but you can’t use it until you open the Flawless chest in the Lighthouse and collect all of the Flight of the Pigeon medals. The other major update to Trials this season is the introduction of a new, introductory assignment that serves as an ideal tutorial for novice players and, upon completion, awards the coveted Astral Horizon Trials Shotgun.
In addition, the Trials Passage offerings have been improved, beginning with the Passage of Wealth. Your Trials record will increase by +75 after each victory, and your total record will increase by an estimated +150 if you are currently ranked highly in Trials. If you haven’t yet achieved Flawlessness for the week, Passage of Mercy will now forgive two losses; after you’ve achieved Flawlessness, it will reset to forgive a single loss on each card.
Dominion, which Bungie says was chosen because it is faster, encourages more variety engagements, and gives a much healthier sandbox range, is the primary game mode for the current season. The Alacrity Origin Trait, exclusive to Trials weapons, improves your effectiveness as the lone survivor of your fireteam or when playing solo by granting you advantages in goal support, refill speed, stability, and weapon variety. Crucible’s One Quiet Moment is an optional origin feature that speeds up weapon reloads when you’re not actively engaged in combat.
After the daily reset on Friday at 10 AM PT/ 1 PM ET, Trials will be available to the public until the weekly reset on Tuesday at the same time. Visit Saint-14 in the Tower to obtain a Trials card, the contents of which will impact the nature and timing of many bonuses (such as when you will receive perk advantages or whether or not a loss will be forgiven). Your ultimate goal in the Trials of Osiris is to complete a “Flawless” run with your fireteam, in which you go 7 matches without suffering any losses.
If you manage to stay flawless throughout the game, you’ll be rewarded with a trip to the Lighthouse and access to the Adept weaponry. These are among the most sought-after items because of the bonuses to statistics they provide. If you lose during a Flawless run, you can still continue playing and earning perks thanks to your Trials Passage, a card purchased from Saint-14 that grants access to the mode and keeps count of wins.
